Terms and Conditions – n555 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to n555 without first attempting to resolve the matter through n555 support. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing n555 staff, other players or any third party in connection with the platform.

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if n555 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Where n555 is found to be directly liable to you, our liability is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time the relevant event occurred.

n555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been breached.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A chargeback has been initiated in connection with the account.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
